The Current Board of Management comprises :

President – Warwick

Jennifer Leigh, now works and resides most of the time in Warwick on the Southern Downs.  She is giving to her local community as a Vice President  of the Stanthorpe Neighbourhood Centre.  As with every other community in Qld, transport is an issue across this entire region.

Treasurer – Brisbane

Julia Parker, CEO, Metro Community Hub,  has a background in small to medium-sized not-for-profit organisations 

Secretary – Ipswich 

Robyne Apps.  Background in Aged Care and Transport development work.  Member of Metro South Health & Hospital Community Engagement Group.  Currently – Consumer Advisor on the Metro South Oral Health Safety & Quality Committee and Consumer Representative on the West Moreton Health & Hospital Community Reference Group.

Committee member – Ayr 

Sue Collier, Chief Executive Officer, FlexiQld., has been working in community health and disability service provision in rural communities for over 20 years. Sue is actively involved in addressing unmet specialist support and transport needs experienced by people residing in rural communities.

Vice President – Redlands

Rob Spencer, Chairperson STAR Community Services, comes with a long-standing involvement with STAR Community Transport that operates in the Redlands, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Brisbane Shire Council regions and has a very deep and active interest in the NDIS.

Committee member – Logan/Townsville

Terry O’Toole, CEO TransitCare, is a vastly experienced Corporate Executive. He was COO / National Operations  Manager of a national environmental  transport operation for 6 years prior to joining TransitCare Ltd. Previously, Terry spent 25 years in retail management (fast moving consumable goods) and logistics with a national retailer. His position was that of State Manager, Administration and Services.  Terry provides hands on management experience to the organisation and mentoring to the executive management team. Terry has overseas and local experience in starting and growing businesses in the area of transport and logistics. He is accomplished at change management and has grown businesses from infancy to having national and international reach.  He is an operational expert who is focused on providing TransitCare the internal capability to be NDIS compliant and to grow its reach and scale.
