TRANSFORMATIVE TRAINING

Transformative Training convenes THINK TANKS, symposiums, conferences and workshops in response to identified issues or needs arising from community sector requests or changing policy that will have practical implications on sector agencies’ work.

Transformative Training is always willing to bring any workshop or event to regional Queensland, in-house to an agency or interstate.

THINK TANKS  attention-sitting-think-12207899

These focus on major policy or practice changes which have the potential for significant impact on NFP agencies’ work, practice and continued viability.   Events are offered monthly in Brisbane and 2-monthly in Cairns, Bundaberg and Warwick.  In late 2017, they will be also offered in Logan and Gold Coast.  click here to find out what’s available

A wide range of topics designed specifically for frontline and management staff are on public offer in 3 locations, monthly in SE Qld or on an in-house on fixed fee basis.   These workshops are small (max of 18 participants) thus providing extensive time for more discussion about the topic within the context of your agency.  They are also very practical and can be recognised as part of your continuous professional development, should this apply to some of your staff. click here to find out what’s available and the range of topics available on an in-house basis

Symposiums (think BIG)  big-thinking-4295629

These events are convened in response to identified need, requests from the sector or our conference.  These events tend to more policy based aimed at informing the sector in relation to the current implementation of the policy and its impact on sector agencies.  click here to find out what’s planned and what has already happened
